Jeff Chance Custom Homes was born in 2018 after Jeff spent more than a decade building over 70 high-end custom homes under the mentorship of notable and respected Charlotte area builders. From period appropriate craftsman bungalows to luxury tudor estates, details and quality are the foundation of every single project. JCCH prides itself on introducing only the highest quality finished products into the Charlotte market. Our product is our legacy.

We design in-house as well as work with many talented architects and engineers to bring visions to life. From brainstorming, design and concept through the very last punch list item, our clients' satisfaction will always be priority number one.
